Il est donc essentiel d'en conna\u00eetre les diff\u00e9rents types pour faire les choix les plus sains.<\/h2>\n<p>La graisse est l'une des principales sources d'\u00e9nergie, fournissant les nutriments dont votre corps a besoin pour maintenir une sant\u00e9 optimale. \u00c0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'organisme, les graisses contribuent \u00e0 l'absorption des nutriments, au maintien d'une temp\u00e9rature normale et \u00e0 la protection des organes et des tissus. Les graisses servent \u00e9galement de r\u00e9serve d'\u00e9nergie et de pr\u00e9curseur pour d'autres compos\u00e9s importants fabriqu\u00e9s dans l'organisme. Bien que toutes les graisses apportent 9 calories par gramme, tous les types de graisses ne pr\u00e9sentent pas les m\u00eames avantages pour la sant\u00e9. Il est donc essentiel de conna\u00eetre les diff\u00e9rents types de graisses pour faire les choix les plus sains.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Graisses insatur\u00e9es <br \/><\/strong>Graisses provenant de sources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et liquides \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Elles peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9es comme suit <em>monoinsatur\u00e9\u00a0<\/em>ou\u00a0<em>polyinsatur\u00e9s\u00a0<\/em>les graisses. Ces deux types de graisses sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des \"graisses saines\", car ce sont elles qui apportent le plus de bienfaits \u00e0 l'organisme. Non seulement il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu'elles r\u00e9duisent le taux de cholest\u00e9rol dans le sang et l'inflammation, mais les graisses insatur\u00e9es r\u00e9duisent \u00e9galement le risque de diab\u00e8te de type 2 et d'accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral.<\/p>\n<p>Les acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 sont un type de graisse polyinsatur\u00e9e essentielle \u00e0 l'organisme, mais qui ne peut \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9e en interne et doit donc \u00eatre apport\u00e9e par l'alimentation.  Les bonnes sources de graisses insatur\u00e9es sont les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (huile d'olive, de colza, d'arachide, de carthame et de s\u00e9same), les avocats, les poissons gras (saumon, truite et thon), les noix et les graines (noix de Grenoble, amandes, graines de tournesol et graines de lin).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Graisses satur\u00e9es<\/strong>\u00a0<br \/>Graisses qui proviennent principalement de sources animales et qui ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre solides \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. La consommation de grandes quantit\u00e9s de graisses satur\u00e9es peut augmenter le taux de cholest\u00e9rol dans le sang et entra\u00eener des maladies cardiaques. La consommation de graisses satur\u00e9es est \u00e9galement li\u00e9e \u00e0 certains types de cancers et d'accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux et doit donc \u00eatre consomm\u00e9e avec mod\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Les aliments qui contiennent des graisses satur\u00e9es sont les aliments frits, la viande, le beurre, la plupart des desserts, le lait, le yaourt, le fromage et la mayonnaise. En outre, les huiles tropicales telles que l'huile de coco, l'huile de palmiste et l'huile de palme contiennent des graisses satur\u00e9es bien qu'elles ne proviennent pas d'animaux. Il est recommand\u00e9 de limiter la consommation de graisses satur\u00e9es \u00e0 moins de 10% de l'apport calorique total par jour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Graisses trans<\/strong>\u00a0<br \/>Graisses form\u00e9es lorsque des huiles liquides sont transform\u00e9es en graisses solides au cours d'un processus connu sous le nom d'hydrog\u00e9nation partielle. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est utilis\u00e9 pour augmenter la dur\u00e9e de conservation et la stabilit\u00e9 de la saveur des aliments, mais il a des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives sur la sant\u00e9, notamment l'augmentation du mauvais cholest\u00e9rol et la diminution du bon cholest\u00e9rol, ainsi que l'augmentation du risque de maladie cardiaque, d'accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral et de diab\u00e8te de type 2.
